Hummus Recipe

This is the simplest recipe ever, I recommend you play around with the quantities a little. I've made hummus so many times, its one of the foods I eat the most, yet each time I make it it tastes different. The order in which you put things in matters! That being said use this as a template to go off of:
1 can of organic chickpeas (drained and washed)
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of tahini
1 lemon juiced (about 2 tbsp)
himalayan salt to taste (about 1 tsp)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
a splash of water
parsley
cayenne pepper (if you like spicy)
Instructions:
Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, salt and tahini into a blender or food processor and pulse. Add in the olive oil and continue to pulse.
Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasonings to your likings.
When done top with a little olive oil, parsley and paprika.
Enjoy and share!
