Hummus Recipe

This is the simplest recipe ever, I recommend you play around with the quantities a little. I've made hummus so many times, its one of the foods I eat the most, yet each time I make it it tastes different. The order in which you put things in matters! That being said use this as a template to go off of: 1 can of organic chickpeas (drained and washed) 2 or 3 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup of tahini 1 lemon juiced (about 2 tbsp) himalayan salt to taste (about 1 tsp) 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil a splash of water parsley cayenne pepper (if you like spicy) Instructions: Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, salt and tahini into a blender or food processor and pulse.
