Flu season natural remedies

It's flu and cold season, so I figured I would send out my favorite natural remedies to prevent, fight and keep off a nasty cold. I hope this may be useful to you! Citrus booster: 1 navel orange juiced plus the pulp ½ a lemon ½ grapefruit 1 heaping tsp grated ginger 1 ½ tsp turmeric powder Juice the orange and half of a grapefruit and save the pulp removing the seeds. When our bodies are healthy we can take care of more important things like our minds, others, the planet, ect...A lot of students I encounter in my journey as a teacher struggle when change occurs in the body.
