Flourless Vegan Black Bean Brownies

1 3/4 cups black beans

  • 2 flax eggs (2 Tbsp ground flaxseed + 6 Tbsp water)

  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 5 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven at 180.

Make the flax eggs by stirring the two ingredients together and let sit.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add walnut pieces.

Transfer to an oiled or buttered baking dish of your choice.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Let cool.
