Healthy Apple Crisp

We went apple picking in Vermont over the weekend and got a bunch of delicious Macoun, Spartan and Honey Crisp apples. So it's time to bake! One of my favorite desserts is Apple Crisp. I particularly love Moosewood's apple crisp recipe because they don't add extra sweeteners in it. It's easy to make, fast and a healthy desert option!
Here is the actual recipe, I usually just eye it, you can take away or add in things. Over the weekend we added some coconut oil to the crumble part, substituted maple for honey and used a mix of nuts.
Enjoy, post pics of what you make and tag me to it so I can enjoy it with ya:)
8 - 10 medium apples, peeled, cored, and chopped

3/4 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
