Three years ago I spent a week in Rincon, Puerto Rico just a few houses down from Tres Sirenas Inn. I fell in love with the beach we were on, it was so peaceful and private. Sunset was a dream. The coconut trees, the stillness of the ocean, its crystal clear waters. I knew I wanted to come back as soon as I could and bring a small group of students with me. It’s taken me all this time to find a villa that suited my needs. This retreat will be very different from the retreats I’ve hosted in the past 5 years. This is an affordable boutique retreat, reserved to only 9 to 12 students. It will be an intimate group. The hope is that each one of you will be able to take away as much as you need both in terms of practice and of deep relaxation. This is the perfect destination to not have to go anywhere. If you like to explore it also offer a LOT of beaches of all kinds to explore. Having spent time here I’m excited to be able to share some of my own personal favorites with you if you choose to venture.

You can organize your own accommodation with Lisa, who runs Tres Sirenas Inn, she can help you with any questions regarding the rooms and pricing.

You can choose to have your own room or share a room with another 2 people depending on your budget. Rates include breakfast. All rooms have an ocean view and a private balcony. I just had a virtual tour and I cannot wait to be on the property just a few steps from the ocean :)

 

Meals:

Your room rate includes a delicious breakfast. The yoga tuition includes a welcome dinner catered to our group by a private chef on the evening of arrival.  Following dinners will be a local restaurants and not included in the price.

 

Lisa will provide you with all kinds of details on how to get there, where to rent a car if you choose to and how to best organize. There are only 5 rooms that fit anywhere between 9-12 people, and it will be a first come first serve situation.
