We went apple picking in Vermont over the weekend and got a bunch of delicious Macoun, Spartan and Honey Crisp apples. So it's time to bake! One of my favorite desserts is Apple Crisp. I particularly love Moosewood's apple crisp recipe because they don't add extra sweeteners in it. It's easy to make, fast and a healthy desert option!
